The Seahawks’ running game has left a lot to be desired here in recent weeks, and it likely won’t get any easier against a Rams’ defense allowing the third-worst yards per carry (2.5) to the RB position. It certainly doesn’t help that Seattle has the fifth-worst yards per carry (3.9).

Darnold has been there to pick up the slack, exceeding 240 passing yards in four of his last five games. Given those rushing numbers above, I would expect the Seahawks to have an extremely-heavy passing attack this evening. Over the last six games, LA’s defense has allowed four QBs to throw for 240+.

Jaxson Smith-Njigba: 7+ Receptions (-110)

A huge chunk of that Seahawks’ passing attack will likely feature Smith-Njigba, who has hauled in 7+ catches in four of his last five games – and in eight of the last 10. This includes the last time these two faced (Nov. 16), when JSN grabbed a season-high nine catches.

Smith-Njigba ranks fifth in the NFL, with 96 receptions, so you know Darnold will be looking his way quite a bit with the division on the line. If Seattle does take the to the air more than usual against LA’s stout run-D, it only increases JSN’s chances to come up with 7+ catches.

Kyren Williams: 70+ Rushing + Receiving Yards (-114)

While the Rams have been going more to a two-headed RB situation down the stretch, Williams has still out-touched Blake Corum in every game this season. Granted, it’s a short-week game where RB1s typically seen a downtick in touches, but this one is for sole possession of the NFC West!

Williams has some phenomenal history of going for 70+ combined yards, as he’s done in each of the last three games – and in 17 of his last 20! The Seahawks’ defense is certainly one of the best in the NFL, but Williams did finish the previous meeting against the Rams with 91 rushing yards and not even needing the extra five yards through the air.
