Caesars Sportsbook Review: How Does It Stack Up in 2026?

Caesars Sportsbook still has some of its Vegas swagger, but this is not a brand that is still at the top of its game. They ranked behind other major competitors like FanDuel in terms of wagers placed in 2025, with Fanatics right on their heels.

It’s not all doom and gloom, though, as Caesars has an elite rewards program you can still take advantage of. We’ll cover those incredible perks, but it’s important to highlight some of the frustrations you can expect along the way.

Overview of My Findings As an Ex-Employee

  • Caesars Rewards is one of the best programs around
  • Tons of odds boosts
  • Nice golf promos
  • App needs a facelift

As a former employee at this company, I feel like I have some unique insight to what works – and what doesn’t. Caesars Rewards is what everyone’s top objective is upon arrival. The more money you spend on bets, the more rewards you can unlock, and these include anything from hotel stays at Caesars’ properties across the United States, as well as fine dining and tickets.

You will also find that Caesars has some great odds boosts and special promotions compared to other competitors' sports betting bonuses. They thrive particularly in golf, where you can still score a nice prize (like a Profit Boost Token) even if your golfer doesn’t win the whole tournament.

However, the app has a noted history of crashing at less-than-ideal times, and it’s a soul-draining experience having no scrollbar on the desktop website. A lot of the technology associated with the brand feels archaic, and that’s the direction that Caesars seems to be going in when you look at the layout.

Back in 2021, Caesars Entertainment acquired William Hill Sportsbook, so that traditional feel is basically what you’re getting. The rewards program keeps the faithful customers around longer because of the perks, but we haven’t seen many upgrades in the sportsbook department in a while.

Welcome Bonuses & Active Promotions

The Caesars' welcome bonus is a straightforward task: Place your first bet (min $10), and get it matched up to $250 as a bonus bet, win or lose. These terms include a one-time playthrough requirement (you must wager the bonus; you can’t withdraw it for monetary value), with the bonus expiring if not used within seven days.

Currently, for the NBA season, Caesars has the $50,000 NBA Flips daily/weekly challenge running. Starting on Mondays, you’ll get a flip (revealing an on-court outcome), and if you get all seven through Sunday correct, you’ll get an equal share of $50,000 in bonus bets. You can even get Profit Boosts based on how many you get right during the week (ex: 3 for 30% Profit Boost, 5 for 50% Profit Boost).

VIP Rewards

The five Caesars Rewards tiers allow you more exclusive access at Caesars’ properties as you keep moving up the ladder. And, the more you bet, the more Reward Credits you’ll earn, even getting boosts at certain stages along the way.

I highly recommend getting started today; if you have a significant other who hates gambling, he/she can still take advantage of all these things as well – away from the sportsbook or casino!

I’ve learned a thing or two in my day, so let’s take a look at all of the tiers that can help you (and your significant other) get some sweet perks:

Gold (0–4,999 Tier Credits)

Gold is the entry-level tier for all new members, and you’re immediately enrolled as soon as you sign up. You can do things like earn Reward Credits on casino play (convert to free play at $1 per 200 Reward Credits), get the best available room rates and earn credits on hotel stays, dining, and shopping, pre-sale access to select shows, and you’ll receive a $5 monthly Bonus Bet and a $5 Birthday bonus bet.

Platinum (5,000–14,999 Tier Credits)

You’ll get all of the Gold benefits, plus 10% off the best available room rates, complimentary valet/self-parking, and priority lines at check-in, restaurants, cages, and Rewards Centers, and access to the VIP Reservations Hotline and VIP Laurel Lounges (where available).

You can also get a tier match with Wyndham Rewards, a complimentary stay at Atlantis, Paradise Island, 10% discount on Norwegian Cruises, and a National Emerald Club tier match. Lastly, you’ll get a $10 monthly Bonus Bet and a $20 birthday Bonus Bet.

Diamond (15,000–24,999 Tier Credits)

The Diamond level is a nice milestone, giving you all of the Platinum benefits, plus 15% off room rates, no resort fees, guaranteed rooms with 72-hour notice in Atlantic City and Las Vegas, and priority check-in and check-out. You’ll get a 20% discount at gift shops and Norwegian Cruises, as well as a $20 monthly Bonus Bet and a $40 birthday Bonus Bet. There is also a $100 annual celebration dinner (or $50 Uber Eats credit), but you must earn 100 Tier Credits if it’s upgraded from Wyndham.

Diamond Plus (25,000–74,999 Tier Credits)

Diamond Plus feels like you wait around a little longer in this stage, but you’ll probably start getting enough comps to make it worth your while – and all of those in-person visits or log-ons to the sportsbook/casino push you higher towards the next level. The big perks you get on this level are complimentary access to the heavenly VIP Laurel Lounges, a $30 monthly Bonus Bet, and a $60 birthday Bonus Bet.

Diamond Elite (75,000–149,999 Tier Credits)

Now we’re flying high in Diamond Elite! Your previous Diamond and Diamond Plus benefits all stay the same, but you also get a $600 annual airfare credit to Las Vegas (limit one per year). Trips count as gifts, and everyone loves those. Especially the ones to Sin City!

Seven Stars (150,000+ Tier Credits)

Welcome to the top of the food chain! The invitation-only Seven Stars level is only for members who have earned the required amount of Tier Credits and are in good standing.

Now, you’re talking about things like personal host services, an annual $1,200 celebration dinner, $1,200 annual airfare credit to any destination, a complimentary cruise on Norwegian, an annual retreat to any Caesars destination, upgrades to the best available rooms, a companion card for guests, and a whole lot more. You’ll even get bonus bets, comped rooms at Caesars properties, and invites to events like Super Bowl parties.

I’m not sure how you can give the Caesars Rewards program anything other than a 10 out of 10 – maybe a 12. I will say this about Caesars – these rewards programs from sportsbooks/casinos with retail locations are in a class by themselves. You’ll get some cool things like really nice seats at sporting events and concerts with sportsbooks like FanDuel, but Caesars Rewards is legitimately like having your own high-roller movie played out in real life. It really is worth taking advantage of, especially if you live in areas within driving distance to Caesars’ properties.

Live Betting

Caesars offers live betting on NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, soccer (MLS, EPL), tennis, golf, and more. Markets cover spreads, totals, props like next scorer, next plays, etc. The early cash-out feature is standard on bets, and I really can’t complain about that too much. The real-time odds refresh rate could be better, but there is streaming for NFL games.

Odds Comparison

Caesars covers NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college sports, soccer, tennis, MMA, esports, and even has novelty bets like entertainment awards shows and politics. In terms of offerings, you’ll find all of the standard formats like moneylines, parlays, teasers, futures, and props. It’s not like Caesars has bad odds or anything, but I always felt like a company like them should offer more favorable odds and differentiate itself from places like FanDuel.

Overall, I’ll give them a 4.0 on the 5-scale for odds, as they are solid but not moving the needle in any way.

Mobile App Ratings

As of February 2026, the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app rates 4.7/5 on iOS (App Store) and 4.3/5 on Google Play. The other competitors in the industry with betting apps rate mostly higher, with FanDuel at 4.8 on iOS and 4.7 on Google Play, for example.

Mobile is intuitive for quick bets, but desktop offers better multi-view. In my use, it's stable but crashes more than FanDuel during peaks.

Overall, I’ll give the Caesars Sportsbook mobile a 3.5 grade on the 5-scale. I don’t feel like Caesars meets the needs of its customers here, nor on the desktop version, and that can certainly be frustrating. I think a lot of this stems from the traditional mindset of the William Hill beginnings; it’s just not going to motivate you to stay there and hang out unless you’re playing on the casino app. That’s alright, place your bets, and be on your way.

User Reviews & What Users Say

Looking at the Caesars Sportsbook user experiences on Trustpilot and Reddit, they reveal a blend of appreciation for its rewards and frustrations with technical reliability – right on par with what we’ve been talking about in this review.

On Trustpilot, the platform scores around 1.4 out of 5 from hundreds of reviews; I’m always floored by how low the scores are on there. I know it’s a 5-scale, but damn!

In addition to the same positives with rewards and negatives about technology throughout this review, people said they liked the bonuses and adding a little extra to their winnings.

With that being said, the complaints do dominate the review sections. The mobile app crashes, and that goes along with rampant glitches. A few Reddit threads detailed frozen bets during live games, leading to missed opportunities. Withdrawal delays (often 3-5 days) raised some eyebrows, as did "unfair" promo voids for minor rule slips.

One Trustpilot user called it a "scam" after a bonus expired prematurely, while others report poor support, with chats disconnecting mid-issue. Recent 2026 feedback on X highlights promo wins but echoes the same instability on the mobile app.

Comparing Caesars Sportsbook vs Competitors

I always find it pretty useful to see how Caesars Sportsbook stacks up to other big US betting sites, such as FanDuel, for example.

Caesars Sportsbook vs FanDuel

Odds

I'd give a slight nod to FanDuel for sharper odds on player props, where they often provide better value without the heavy juice. Caesars is fine on traditional wagers but can feel less forgiving in those niche areas. FanDuel's massive user base (#1 in betting handle for 2025) means they can be more aggressive on odds, which benefits sharp bettors.

Promotions

When it comes to sportsbook promos, Caesars wins handily here, especially with features like parlay insurance that refunds if one leg flops, something FanDuel notoriously lacks; I’m sure you have seen endless X rants about injured players tanking FanDuel parlays without recourse, a frustration Caesars avoids with its more player-friendly terms.

Payment Methods

Both cover the essentials, with credit/debit cards, PayPal/Venmo, online banking, and more, with no fees and quick deposits. FanDuel tends to edge out on withdrawal speed, often hitting e-wallets almost immediately, compared to Caesars lagging behind slightly.

Overall

FanDuel's layout is certainly more beginner-friendly and less cluttered, but Caesars takes the crown for its injury forgiveness and rewards depth. For me, that's a personal decision, but I would put the welcome offer in a higher regard. Almost everyone is at FanDuel now, so the promos (which are designed to woo new customers) will be few and far between. Not to mention, the Caesars Rewards helps put them over FanDuel as well.

My Final Rating

Caesars: 4.6 FanDuel: 4.5

Overall, the payment methods at Caesars Sportsbook get a solid 4.0 rating on the 5-scale. They have all of the popular options, and if you’re close enough to a Caesars sportsbook or casino, you have that additional option to deal with your finances in person.

Withdrawal Options

Caesars Sportsbook processes withdrawals within the hour to within three days, depending on the method. E-wallets like PayPal or Venmo often deliver funds immediately for the quickest turnaround, while bank transfers or checks can extend up to five business days, depending on how long your institution takes.

The KYC process is handled in-app, requiring uploads of identification like a driver's license, proof of address like a utility bill, and occasionally a selfie for facial verification; no additional apps needed. Users frequently report that once you are verified, those withdrawals are smoother. Initial holds during peak periods or for larger amounts can cause delays, as noted in the Reddit discussions where waits exceeded three days.

On the 5-scale, I’ll give Caesars an 8.0 score. I always use PayPal, and I highly recommend doing the same – or using Venmo. Both online wallets have a proven track record of reliability, and it’s the fastest option aside from being at one of the physical locations.

Customer Support

Caesars Sportsbook provides multiple avenues for customer support. The live chat is available 24/7, typically connecting you to an agent within minutes for quick resolutions on issues like bonus claims or bet settlements. They say, “live agent,” but we all know these companies are using A.I. support now more than ever. In most cases, if the A.I. can’t resolve your issue, you will be forwarded to a live agent.

Email support promises replies within 24 hours, and that usually holds true. This instance is usually best unless you have a complex issue, to which the A.I./live agent combo might be able to handle.

For those absolutely needing the coveted human interaction, telephone support is toll-free at 1-800-986-9248 and operates 24/7, with no hold times exceeding a few minutes in my tests.

On the 5-scale, I’ll give Caesars an 4.0 rating. The wheel was certainly not reinvented in my experience, but my needs were met.

Caesars Sportsbook is licensed on a state-by-state basis in the 22 states/territories where sports betting is legalized, partnering with casinos in those same areas. There were a few hiccups here in recent months, with one huge lawsuit, but that shouldn’t affect you too much as a user.

On the 5-scale, I’ll give Caesars Sportsbook an 4.3 for compliance. This is a tough game to be perfect at, but we all know Caesars has a long-running track record of doing business as well, and this latest lawsuit could just be the result of one bad apple – or a few – and not enough to tarnish the whole operation.

Design and User Interface

I came aboard at Caesars Sportsbook when a lot of the things you see were first implemented. Initially, the pine green-gold combo was an exciting combo for us when the whole venture kicked off, and I highly doubt they’re moving off that anytime soon.

On the 5-scale, I’m giving a 3.5 rating for one simple reason – they have to get the scroll bar fixed on the website! I’m sure you can from the multiple times I have mentioned it in this review, but it drives me absolutely insane how this hasn’t been fixed yet. If you haven’t visited the desktop version yet, maybe just try it out, so I’m not alone in the mental anguish.

Responsible Gambling

Caesars Sportsbook has a wide range of responsible gambling tools to promote safe play, including customizable deposit and time limits, self-exclusion periods ranging from 1-5 years, cool-off breaks for temporary pauses, and reality checks that notify you of session durations.

Additional features like spend trackers integrated with your account dashboard and direct links to national helplines such as 1-800-GAMBLER provide immediate support, while unique campaigns like their "PlaySmart" initiative educate users through app notifications and partnerships with organizations for awareness events.

On the 5-scale, I’ll grant Caesars a 3.5 rating in this regard. The recent regulatory issues kind of go against what they (and the rest of the industry) have been preaching this whole time, but it’s a limited set of issues I’m willing to overlook for the time being. If I get fooled twice, shame on me.

My Final Rating: 7.7/10

I probably won’t get as many hugs and handshakes at the next Caesars Sportsbook reunion, but I felt like I was in a unique position to give potential customers an inside look at this operation.

To be fair, though, Caesars Sportsbook was the app I was using most before joining the team. I absolutely loved the boosts on the golf majors, the opportunities to double your winnings, and the swagger that came along with it.

What I really love is the Caesars Rewards perks, and I know you will too. It allows you to take part in events you may not have otherwise, like getting the VIP treatment and giving yourself a little pat on the back. A lot of us have people in our lives who hate gambling, but when you can show a little profit from the time you put in, you start to change people’s perceived thoughts when they’re eating for free at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant.

Then again, I also hope the review serves as a mission for the company to improve the overall product. We’re in 2026 now, and the competition is coming at Caesars from all corners of the industry. They once had a huge marketing push with JB Smoove, the Manning Family, Halle Berry, Henrik Lundqvist, and many others. When those efforts couldn’t bring them to the #3 spot in sports betting, I feel like they were just happy to be in the cleanup spot.

On the 5-scale, Caesars Sportsbook gets a noble 3.7 rating from me. I know there’s far more potential they could unlock, but time will tell if they ever get back to that level.
