The FanDuel Casino Rewards Club is a loyalty program for players in MI, NJ, PA, and WV, but it is not available in CT. Casino customers earn Rewards Club points for every real-dollar (not bonus dollars) wagered on FanDuel games. The tiers reset each month, which you probably won’t like, but you are automatically entered into rewards upon signing up.

Levels 1-4 all get you a Weekly Bonus Back at anywhere from $5 to $35 back, depending on tier level. The VIP Level is invite-only, giving you early access to new games, luxury suite access for special events, 24/7 priority customer service, and up to $125 return from the Weekly Bonus Back.

Unfortunately for sports fans (like myself), there is no way to transfer the rewards you earn at the casino to the sportsbook or DFS platforms. There are some instances where the perks earned could result in sports tickets, but that’s about as close as it gets. All in all, a lot more could be done with this rewards program so that I won’t be giving it a great score.

Live Dealer Games (5/5)

FanDuel Casino has one of the largest libraries of live dealer games, paired with HD streaming and live human dealers that make you feel like you’re right there at the casino. 

Among the live titles you’ll find are all of the favorites like blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, poker, and game shows. FanDuel gets a huge boost on the latter option, as most of the other online casinos haven’t really gotten a foothold yet in the game show market.

When you’re dealing with FanDuel, you’re going to get top-of-the-line features in tow. Many customers have widely praised the HD streaming, and you don’t need me to tell you how enjoyable a lag-free experience is. There’s a cool live chat feature there as well, which allows you to communicate (or talk shit) to the other players at the table.

On the live dealer games, I’ll give FanDuel Casino a perfect score. From the lengthy library of titles to the smoothness of operation, everything went as well as it possibly could have.

RTP Is Fair but Not the Best (4.3/5)

The Return to Player (RTP) for FanDuel is right around 96% across the casino game spectrum. In comparison to competing online casinos, Caesars has a more favorable 97.65% RTP, while Fanatics is at an estimated 96% RTP, like FanDuel.

It does matter which games you play because some have a higher RTP than others. The biggest winner in slots is Blood Suckers (98%), while blackjack variants in table games, poker, and live dealer all rank below that popular option.

I see a lot of similarities here with the casino and sportsbook, in that you’re basically sacrificing slightly higher wins for the most famous brand name/trustworthy operations and faster payouts. In short, you could go with a higher RTP at Caesars, but your gaming experience and withdrawal process likely won’t be as enjoyable.

FanDuel Casino Mobile App Shines, Desktop Solid Too (5/5)

The FanDuel Casino app has been at the top of the iGaming hill numerous times over the last five years, and it currently holds the top rating on both the App Store (4.8 out of 5) and Google Play Store (4.6 out of 5). Comparing that to other online platforms, Caesars Casino ranks at 4.7 on both iOS/Android, while Fanatics Casino’s 4.8 on iOS is noticeably better than the 4.5 it gets on Android.

When you are the most popular name and bring in the most business in the market, you can spend a bit on technologies to add the fastest platform and the most extensive library of game titles. Typically, we can say the desktop version is miles ahead in terms of effectiveness; you’ll have wider screens and multi-tasking ability on that end. However, the mobile app is essentially just a smaller version of the desktop app.

I am part of the outcast Android group, and the FanDuel Casino mobile app still works without a hiccup – major win for the underground Android society! Honestly, it doesn’t get any better than this from a provider’s mobile app.

Reddit & Trustpilot Have a Different View of FanDuel Casino (3.8/5)

One of the big takeaways from the Reddit and Trustpilot communities was that some users reported payouts and withdrawals taking days to weeks, rather than instantly or within a day. As per usual, we rarely get the context or what withdrawal method is used, so it’s general verbal clutter, as far as I’m concerned.

Now, there are some valid concerns about FanDuel Casino’s gameplay. Some users had gripes about slots shutting down mid-game, slow loading screens, and questions about whether the RTP is being manipulated. 

I’ll say this: I spoke with two different people recently, and each of them had plenty of complaints about the gameplay – obviously, they were losing. However, one of them complained to me, and then I saw them playing not even five minutes later. Take that however you will.

All in all, I don’t think FanDuel Casino deserves the level of criticism that we see on Reddit and Trustpilot; you have to know these hater havens’ main objective is to be critical. These general complaints were echoed on both sites, but it shouldn’t be enough to keep you away.

 When comparing it to Caesars Casino and Fanatics Casino, it is clear that FanDuel Casino smashes the competition. At the beginning of March, FanDuel Casino no longer accepted credit cards as a way to fund your account. It seems like most online casinos are moving away from that method, but there are still plenty of basic ways to fund your account, like debit cards and online wallets like PayPal, Venmo, and even Apple Pay for Apple users. 

Customers have been pleased with the options and how easy it is, so they get a near-perfect score here.

An AI chatbot will first greet you to gauge your initial inquiry before being handed off to a live agent; this is becoming standard practice at online sportsbooks/casinos.

Hardly anyone likes to talk on the phone these days unless their house is on fire, and we can add FanDuel Casino to that list. It has been confirmed that there is no direct line for “casino-related” issues. Not only that, but the most widely reported number from Google searches doesn’t work either.

In my personal experience, the live chat was more than accommodating, but you can also slide in their DMs at @FanDuel_Support on X (Twitter) and get a response within the hour. 

There’s a chance they’ll forward you to email the issue to [email protected] ([email protected] in some states), but these methods seem to have the same result: your issue is eventually resolved. 

There is also an FAQ section and Help Center located at support.fanduel.com that can answer your questions in a “by the book” manner.

Overall, these options get the job done, but I don’t think this is the department that has won FanDuel Casino the Operator of the Year award in three out of the last four years.

At the beginning of 2026, FanDuel launched its “Play with a Plan” program to help customers in another way. Instead of harping too much on limits, FanDuel put the ball in the customer's hands, nudging them toward some direction in their gaming habits. The program saw a 41% increase in usage early on, so the hope is that it will spread by word of mouth and continue to have a positive impact.

Of course, not everything is perfect in this world. 

Back in July 2025, the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission had a $125,000 fine, including $30,000 specifically for times when FanDuel’s gambling tools weren’t working properly. That’s one blip on the radar, and I have heard the concerns of online communities and close friends, so I have to dock FanDuel Casino some points here. But I do appreciate their efforts to keep things fair.

Final Verdict: FanDuel Casino Sits Atop the Hill (4.5/5)

Alas, we have made it to the end. I feel like most people are going to truly enjoy FanDuel Casino, especially when you stack it up against the competition. Nothing in life is perfect, especially in the iGaming market, but this is about as close as it gets.

For starters, the quality of the mobile app alone is enough to stiff-arm the competition. Just for signing up, you get a solid welcome offer that you can use to your advantage and turn into a profitable start without risking much off the bat.

Even if you do fail miserably in your first 24 hours, you get up to $1,000 back in forgiveness. Not to mention, you are dealing with the most trustworthy business in the entire iGaming world.
