There’s also a geoblocking feature to make sure only legit customers are accessing the site. You have the option to purchase GC packages
Gold Coin packages purchases are available here, but no purchase is necessary to play the games. The GC packages look like decent value, but there’s nothing outstanding outside of the initial GC first purchase bonus. I tested the purchasing system and was able to use Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Online Banking.

I contacted support a few times while putting this PICKEM review together. Live chat is available, starting with an AI chatbot before connecting you to a human agent. For simple questions the chatbot gets the job done, but if you need a human, expect to wait a little while before getting through.
The help center is detailed and covers a lot of ground, which is worth checking before reaching out. If you're not in a rush, emailing the support team is a decent option too, with responses typically coming back within 3 to 4 hours.

Using Pick’em social casino
For this PICKEM review I took a close look at the usability, just as I did in my Sweep Jungle review. The good news is that the platform is easy to get around and does its job well. The design style isn't personally my favorite, but usability is what matters most and PICKEM delivers on that front.
- The website style: I can see what they were going for with the design, and while the gradient background isn't personally my style, it's a minor gripe. Usability is where it really counts, and PICKEM gets that right. Navigation is clean and straightforward, game categories are easy to browse along the top of the screen, and I had no trouble finding what I wanted to play without running into any technical issues.
- Mobile apps for Android and iOS: PICKEM offers dedicated apps for both Android and iOS, which is a genuine plus. I tested the Android version on my Samsung Galaxy and it ran well. The style carries over from the desktop site, but as a mobile gaming experience it's solid and comfortably ahead of the mobile-browser alternatives that many sweepstakes casinos rely on instead of a proper app.
Final thoughts - Pick’em offers a decent enough social casino experience
That's my PICKEM review wrapped up, but would I recommend it? The sweepstakes casino is decent and you'll get plenty of entertainment out of it, but it does have room to grow.
