Customer support is one area where my Spree Casino review found things a little lacking. You can get help, but it depends on what you need and how fast you need it.

There are several ways to reach support. You can contact the team through email or a phone number for payment-related inquiries. There’s also a Help Center that covers most common questions and account or promo issues.

However, live chat isn’t available and your main option is email support. From my experience, though, email replies are quite fast. When I contacted the team on a bonus-related issue, I got a response in 37 minutes from Maria. That's the fastest email response time in my books, and trust me, I've contacted dozens of customer service teams.
